- Update and maintain Consent for Releases
- Submit medication request to Psychiatrist if needed between appointments
- Submit updated client information for psychiatrist for each client appointment
- Verbal and written engagement with PSR staff / supervisor for specific issues related to assigned and non-assigned case load clients.
- Update client information as needed in client files
- Write and submit daily notes for each PSR group taught for the day including specific detail on effectiveness for each client attending group.
- Maintain CPR / First Aid certifications , Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
- Filing of weekly PSR group notes for each PSR client note folder.
- Occasional Information Technology support to PSR co-workers.
